The organizer of the TV program “Chef Nic” and the host Mr. Nicholas Tse aimed to present one of the Hong Kong most famous and iconic street food “Eggette” to everyone. It was planned to set a world record of having most participants making eggette simultaneously in order to promote the unity of the society and create a happy and remarkable page for all Hong Kong people.
Our team managed different challenges during event planning such as venue selection, time schedule control, food material delivery, manpower allocation and even the potential influences of unfavourable weather. Our team kept close communication with the organizer to work out a crisis management procedure as well as a contingency plan. The event had successfully set a world record and proved the importance of teamwork and unity.
